Pavla is the founder and principal manager of MiroMetrica.
She has fifteen years of experience in setting up customer
centric solutions in geographically complex and multi-disciplinary
operations. From 1988 to 2001, Pavla performed a number
of customer-focused roles in the Canadian telecom industry,
most recently as Vice President of Program Management
for Bell Canada. Prior to her involvement with MiroMetrica,
she practiced her craft as Vice President of Customer
Relationship Management at GotMarketing, a marketing services
firm that saw its customer base multiply six times during
her stay. For the last decade, Pavla has been a passionate
public speaker and lecturer about the benefits of One-on-One
Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and Database
